We created a distinctively feminine look to a largely masculine industry. Founded by the late Bill Flood, one of Michigan's most successful realtors, TeamFlood Since women are the greatest influencers in the home buying decision, the brand had to reflect living in a home, not just features, yet remain in the Howard Hanna guidelines.
